Archie Smart has been a Project Manager for ORAU since 2003 with a multi-million dollar operating budget. He oversees the daily operations of the largest corporate contract its portfolio. Mr. Smart functions as the liaison between the Prime and the Project ensuring the fluid interaction between both entities regarding business management requirements both contractually and operationally.
