Caregiver DSP (Direct Support Professional)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOME HEATH AIDE: (Including but not limited to)
Provides direct personal care to clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities to support them in reaching their maximum level of independence for daily living activities.

HOME HEALTH AIDE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Good oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift repetitively a minimum of 50 pounds; tasks may include lifting, repositioning, turning, bending, squatting, etc
