Are you new to yoga or looking to refresh your foundational knowledge? Our Yoga Foundations Series is the perfect starting point for your yoga journey. This class is open to all ages, body types, and fitness levels, and no prior experience is necessary.
This four part series focuses on fundamental principles and practices of yoga. Each class will dive into a different aspect of yoga practice with the final class putting all of the elements together.
