TORCH Bookhart Village Open House
TORCH is pleased to announce the open house of the temporary housing units newly built to house homeless families with children, Bookhart Village, named after a major donor, March 2, 2023 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at 128 Hamilton Circle in Oak Ridge.
