Business Expo 2023 - Monopolize on your success!
The Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce our annual 2023 Business Expo, set to take place on November 30th at the Oak Ridge Civic Center from 4:00-7:00PM. This event, designed to bring the community together, celebrates the vibrant local businesses and services available to residents.
Our Business Expo is a must-attend event! With free admission and parking for all, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of over 70 exhibitors, each representing a unique local business or service. Thanks to Calhoun's of Oak Ridge, guests (21+) can enjoy a free beer from their Smoky Mountain Brewery collection. You can even expect popcorn, courtesy of the Chamber, and tastings from your favorite participating restaurants!
This themed event promises an engaging atmosphere for the whole family, and fun-filled activities and entertainment suitable for all ages! As visitors peruse the exhibition booths, they can expect goodie bags filled with surprises and special offers from participating organizations. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to participate in the voting process for our Booth Decorating Contest!
Local businesses interested in participating as exhibitors are encouraged to register early, as space is limited. This is an excellent chance to gain exposure, interact with potential customers, and build valuable connections within the community.

About the Event
Everyone from the community is welcome! Public admission and parking is free, and the Chamber and most individual booths will be offering prizes, samples, and giveaways. More local businesses will be exhibiting than ever before, and we'll continue the tradition of games, food, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for everyone! Every guest (21+) will receive 1 free drink ticket upon entry. Please have your IDs ready at the door.

Vendor and Booth Information
Join the Business Expo and showcase your business to hundreds of attendees! Any local business may participate. Have fun and make some new connections. Exhibitors are encouraged to get creative in the booth-decorating contest or, at least, dress in theme!
As a vendor, you will be provided a 6 or 8-foot table on which to display materials. The deadline to reserve exhibit space is Monday, November 27. Sign up today!
