Advocacy Breakfast with Secretary of State, Tre Hargett
Join us for breakfast on September 20 from 7:15-8:15AM, to meet the Secretary of State, Tre Hargett, as he shares details about the Your Vote Matters program. This program provides businesses with materials about voter registration and election information from the Secretary of State’s office to share with employees and use on social media, in newsletters, and more. As you know, the Secretary of State’s office is the trusted source of election information. By joining the program, your members will join hundreds of other businesses across the state promoting participation in Tennessee elections.
Learn more about issues impacting your business through the Chamber's Advocacy Committee. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month from 4:00-5:00PM at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce. Meetings are open to all members. The committee also hosts special events throughout the year, such as candidate meet-and-greets and an annual joint legislative breakfast.
