What is the Oak Ridge Chamber Ambassador Program?
This program is a public relations opportunity which will help increase the visibility of your organization, and the Chamber in the business community. The Ambassadors play an integral role in the Oak Ridge Chamber's member retention and recruitment by serving in the following ways:
- Act as liaisons between the Chamber and its members
- Welcome new members and engage with current ones
- Assist with event planning
- Attend events to "meet and greet"
Ambassadors receive additional exposure and recognition at events, the Chamber's e-newsletter, and the Ambassador's page on the Chamber's website. Ambassadors have quarterly networking meetings where they also receive professional development opportunities.
